Planning granted for housing development on Dublin Road

Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development on the Dublin Road.

The successful application from local firm BPL Management Limited includes details for the construction of 19 three-bed houses and four apartments, as well as the demolition of the house currently on the Bellview site.

In January, the Westmeath Examiner reported that the house on the site sold late last year for over €1m.
