New cafe to be community hub for Ballymore

The SiP Coffee Garden officially opened yesterday, Thursday September 1.

It is a welcome venture for the village and wider community, and will serve as a much-needed meeting space, a social hub.

It is located in High Street, Ballymore.

Best of luck to Nicky O’Callaghan and the team as they get established.

Nicky reported that they “had an excellent first day and long may it continue”.

“We have a limited menu for now as we complete our team of kitchen staff to execute a full menu, but until then, we have plenty of tasty bites, savoury and sweet, to kick everyone happy!

“Our coffee is speciality, and roasted in Tuam, by the Flannery brothers of coffee.ie and Galway Barista school. We are also establishing links with local bread baking suppliers to continue this trend of supporting local.

“The list to thank people is endless because its spans near and far! So a big massive collective ‘Thank You’ is extended to everyone who has helped launched SiP off the ground.”
