Delvin Tidy Towns give thanks for support

Now that the Tidy Towns season is over for 2022, the Delvin Tidy Towns committee would like to acknowledge and thank everyone who assisted this year; Westmeath County Council for all the help including hedge cutting, painting poles, pedestrian signage, under the guidance of Aiden Gilhooley and his good team; to the CE Scheme under Betty Goff, without whose without whose help we would have been lost.

The support of local businesses whose generosity was greatly appreciated; and the Tidy Towns also thank the various groups and the people of the village and surrounding areas who helped with flower displays, collections and general tidying; Danny Flynn for the excellent quality of the flowers on display; and finally, they acknowledge the generosity of those who contributed to their church gate collection.
