It was a bit wet and windy at the top, but they did their best to get the LARCC banner out for the photo.

O’Reilly’s MACE crew take on Croagh Patrick to raise funds for LARCC

The staff of O’Reilly’s MACE in Ballinalack climbed Croagh Patrick on Sunday morning October 23 as a fundraiser for LARCC Cancer Support Sanctuary in Multyfarnham.

They raised more than €1,500 by placing donation buckets in the shop and getting their own private donations through sponsorship cards.

They reached the top of the iconic mountain on a wet and windy morning.

Bernie McHugh, general manager at LARCC, offered “a very special thank you to Mattie Murray buses who sponsored a bus to and from Westport for the staff. It was very much appreciated.
