The Third Place in Raharney.

Raharney History Group book launch this evening

Raharney History Group launch their ‘Raharney (Rath Airne) A History’ on Saturday December 10 in the Third Place (next to St Brigid’s Church), 7-9pm.

There are history books published every day, but this one deserves attention because it is local, about locals, about achievement, and published locally by Aisling and Colm Kerr at Arc Studios.

It is a book that will engage you emotionally, it is informative and easy to digest and there are lots of photographs.

The book will be in shops soon, a perfect gift for the Christmas stocking. All proceeds are going towards local St Vincent de Paul.
