Planning lodged for major expansion of Mullingar housing estate

A planning application has been lodged for a major expansion of a housing estate on the Ardmore Road.

The application by Frank Bell and Sons Ltd includes details for the construction of 65 new houses at Ardmore Hills, comprising three 2-bed houses, 32 three-bed semi-detached and mid-terrace houses, 24 four-bed semi-detached houses and three 5-bed detached houses.

The decision due date for the application is February 18.
