St Mary’s GAA, Rochfortbridge, Croghan Hill climb

As part of the St Mary’s GAA, Rochfortbridge One Good Club Be Active Week, a family fun climb up Croghan Hill took place this morning, Sunday March 12.

The weather improved immensely and there was a great turnout for what proved to be a most enjoyable morning.

Many thanks to Aussie Bradley and David Mitchell for organising the event and to Peter Moore for giving an interesting talk at the top of the hill.

The climb was finished off with some welcome refreshments for the children.

Make sure to keep an eye out for St Mary’s GAA Club’s next Be Active event and all members of the community and beyond are welcome to join in.

Dylan and Sofia Culbert, Finn, Ava and Lucy Cully, and Eliza and Harry Butler all happy after climbing Croghan Hill with St Mary’s GAA Club, Rochfortbridge this morning.
