Aoife Dunleavy after her charity haircut.

Aoife Dunleavy’s haircut fundraiser for Lauralynn

Ten-year-old Aoife Dunleavy, a pupil at Sonna NS, grew her hair over the last two years for the Lauralynn Hair Donation Fundraiser.

Aoife is a member of Ballynacargy Comhaltas and plays instruments such as the banjo, mandolin, piano and tin whistle. She also loves set dancing and enjoys being part of a group. She plays football with her local GAA clubs Clann Gaels LGFA and Bunbrosna GAA.

Hair by Ann Marie Browne has cut Aoife’s hair, and it will now be used to create a wig for a child in need, while also raising funds for children with life-limiting conditions at LauraLynn – Ireland’s Children’s Hospice

Aoife and her mother Hazel expressed their thanks to Ann Marie Browne.
