Loreto College hosts successful self-protection programme for pupils

Loreto College, Mullingar welcomed Ken Fitzpatrick, Mullingar Kyokushinkai Karate Club, to run a successful self-protection programme for all students. The feedback from the programme was excellent and all enjoyed the sessions and had some fun, in addition to learning new skills.

The local Mullingar Kyokushinkai Karate Club train twice weekly at the Parish Community Centre Mullingar and new beginners are always welcome, male/female, from ages 6yrs – adult and no previous experience or fitness levels are required.
