Weather warning for Westmeath and Roscommon

A yellow weather warning has been issued for a large swathe of the country tomorrow, including Westmeath and Roscommon.

Met Éireann is warning of very strong northwest winds developing with widespread gusts of 80-110kmh expected, stronger in exposed areas.

The affected counties are: Carlow, Cavan, Donegal, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Leitrim, Laois, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, and Wicklow

The warning comes into effect at 8am tomorrow, Wednesday, and expires at 8pm
