The picturesque surrounds of the grounds of Bloomfield House Hotel outside Mullingar was the location for the Captain's Evening ahead of the upcoming LGFA Leinster Minor Football Championship finals.

Westmeath booked their place in this year's Minor C Final after defeating Louth on a scoreline of 2-10 to 1-05. They will now face Offaly in the final on May 17.

Westmeath captain Claire O'Donoghue and the other captains spoke to Jerome Quinn ahead of their respective showdowns.
