A 48-acre farm in permanent pasture, with good road frontage, located 16km west of Mullingar, has come on the market.

The farm, at Milltown, Rathconrath, has a guide price of €400,000. The selling agents, Murtagh Bros, say the farm is in one undivided division, and it is renowned for its fattening abilities.

It is for sale by online auction on Thursday May 25 at 3pm.

All bidders will have to register with Murtagh Bros on or before Friday May 19, with a deposit of €40,000.
