Official launch of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 on Saturday

The Mullingar Fleadh Executive Committee (FEC) officially launch Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 on Saturday, May 20.

The event is to take place on the Market Square, Mullingar at 6.30pm.

In a statement, the FEC said: “We are delighted to invite you to the launch celebration featuring our finest local artists.

“With the phenomenal success of last year’s fleadh, more than 500,000 people are expected to visit in August.

“Join us on May 20 to celebrate the return of this wonderful event, which we are delighted to host in our town for the second year running.”

The event is organised by Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann and is hosted in Mullingar by the local FEC with the association of Westmeath County Council, and local and national sponsors.
