Ballinafid Multyfarnham Community Services are hosting a five-mile road race on Saturday June 24 at 11am from the camping and holiday park on Lough Derravaragh, Multyfarnham.

The €30 entry fee for the Derravaragh 5M includes a T-shirt along and tasty treats afterwards.

Ballinafid Multyfarnham Community Services was established in 1974 to address the needs of the elderly and isolated in the community.

Proceeds from the event will go towards the work of the community services, which include, chiropody, hairdressing, tea parties, bingo, and social excursions.
