Auction result: Fulmort, Multyfarnham
On Thursday last, June 1, Murtagh Bros had an online auction for a property at Fulmort, Multyfarnham, consisting of a detached traditional farmhouse on c.26 acres of pasture land close to the village.
A competitive auction, conducted by Dillon Murtagh of Murtagh Bros, attracted a number of bidders, and the property went on the market at €390,000.
The hammer fell after achieving a sale figure of €410,000.
