Cancer Support Sanctuary LARCC in Multyfarnham are hosting their annual 5km run an walk on Sunday of next week, September 9, at noon.

It starts and finishes at the LARCC car park on the Coole Road in Multyfarnham.

It will be timed and is AAI sanctioned.

Bernie McHugh, general manager, said: “We would be delighted if you could join us on the day for this fun run and walk in aid of vital cancer support service delivery in your community.

“There will be medals for all participants and light refreshments will be served as participants return back, which is a flat out-and-back course.”
