Teenage Wasteland is the podcast which celebrates, let’s face it, the best music in the world – the music of our teenage years.

Will Russell and Johnny Cronin of Teenage Wasteland interviewing Mik Pyro of Republic of Loose.

Teenage Wasteland chat about favourite records that their guests listened when they were teenagers. They may not be the best albums ever recorded, they may not even be records they still listen to, but they still form them.

Since their launch last year, Teenage Wasteland have featured critically acclaimed Americana artist John Murry; former frontman of The Dead Sixties and guitarist with The Specials, Matt McManamon; Anathema, Antimatter and Alternative 4 powerhouse Duncan Patterson; Renaissance Mancunian Paul Gallagher; Republic of Loose dynamo Mik Pyro; punk poet Meryl Streek; legendary mod Irish Jack; Kurt Cobain’s favourite band Shonen Knife; indie rockers Post-Party and Martin Phillipps frontman of the massively influential band The Chills.

Teenage Wasteland is a podcast produced by Michael and Johnny Cronin, Live Transmission Records and Will Russell, Hot Press Magazine.
