BMB Active open day success

A sunny day on Sunday week last meant another successful open day for new members of BMB Active. Activities were demonstrated and refreshments served, but remember, participation and membership is open for all.

Go For Life starts again for six weeks from Tuesday, September 19. This is a fun way to enjoy gentle exercise and socialize with friends, plus play some exciting games, so give it a try. Acrylics start up for six weeks from Wednesday, September 20 at 9.30am.

Watercolour classes resume on Wednesday September 20 at 12pm. Oil Painting with Caithriona Devine recommence on Thursdays from September 21 also for six weeks. Yoga with Vikki is on Friday mornings from September 22. Floor Yoga is at 11am, and Seated Yoga is at 12pm.

Singing and music sessions are on the first Tuesday of each month in Connaghton’s Pub in Rathowen at 2pm. All are welcome. The next session is scheduled for Tuesday, October 3.
