Good food, wine, plenty of chat and laughs and the presentation of prizes meant Monday September 18 was a special night of celebration in the Ennell Bridge Club.
It also marked the end of Helen Hill’s term as president of the club.
During Helen’s year, there were many games of bridge played, fun nights with competitions for best Easter Bonnet and Halloween costume and charity events.
€1,320 was raised for St Vincent de Paul and €1,329 was donated to North Westmeath Hospice.
