Áras sessions return this week

Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann has come and gone, but for so many people the golden memories linger. Mullingar was host to many great musicians, living legends as well as a multitude of fine musicians whose names are familiar only in their home areas.

During the fleadh, Áras an Mhuilinn was a hive of activity, and now, after a break, it is about to play host once again to musicians and people who wish to hear and enjoy more of what they heard and enjoyed during that memorable week in early August.

Tomorrow, Wednesday October 4, will mark a return of the very popular Áras sessions, which before the fleadh were attracting crowds of musicians and enthusiasts, and were proving so popular.

So, come in at 9pm and you will enjoy the atmosphere, with great music song and dance. There is no admission charge, and refreshments will be provided, again free of charge. Sure, where would you get it !
