Winners of 2023 Tidy Towns to be announced today

Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys TD, is due to announce the winners of the SuperValu Tidy Towns competition for 2023 today.

Some 600 Tidy Towns volunteers from across Ireland – including local committees – are attending the SuperValu Tidy Towns awards ceremony at Croke Park and the event is being live-streamed .

This year marks the 65th anniversary of the competition and, with nearly 900 community groups involved, it attracted one of its highest level of entries to date.

The SuperValu Tidy Towns competition is organised by the Department of Rural and Community Development and sponsored by SuperValu.
