Wilson's staff congratulate Junior Cert students

There was a lot of excitement at Wilson’s Hospital School as the pupils received their Junior Cycle results yesterday. The long wait was finally over, and the results were distributed at the end of the school day in an event for the students and their families.

They will receive their Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement later in the academic year.

Pupils received their results from the school principal Mr Milling and TY co-ordinator Ms Devaney, who congratulated them all.

Their cinnire, Mr Keaney, called out their names before deputy principal, Mr Galligan, handed them the envelope containing the results.

The school was pleased with the results and many pupils achieved the highest grade descriptors.

Mr Milling congratulated all of the pupils and commented that he especially enjoys seeing hard work pay off.

He thanked their parents for their commitment to their children’s education in Wilson’s Hospital School.

The pupils have already commenced their transition year course in WHS.

Congratulations to them all on their achievements.

Well done to Hugh Davitt, Catherine Dokpesi, Léo Coyle and Eva Cawley, who received their Junior Cycle results at Wilson’s.
