Condolences

It was a sad time for many people in Multyfarnham and the surrounding area when the heartbreaking news came to the community that two beloved people had passed on. Our thoughts and prayers go from this group to Liam Gilsenan, Ballindurrow, Multyfarnham, husband of Joan, as well as to his brothers Ber, Con, Frank, and sisters Mary Murphy and Teresa Gilsenan.

Joan, who was from Clonfad, Kinnegad, died suddenly but peacefully, leaving behind siblings Marie, Frank, Vincent, Attracta, Brendan, Deirdre, Kevin, Angela, Kathleen, Oliver, Denis and Concepta. Joan was known for her kindness, warmth and love of life. She will be greatly missed by her many friends.

BMB Active also send condolences to the family and friends of Fred Bills, formerly of Artane and residing with his wife Kathleen in Multyfarnham for many years. Fred played the mouth organ at Mass in the Friary, and was present at so many parish events. He will be sadly missed. May their gentle souls Rest in peace.
