Going to see Santa in the run-up to Christmas is a highlight for children, and the man in red made a special visit to McGreals Pharmacy in Mullingar this year.
He was at the recently rebranded shop (formerly Weirs Pharmacy) on Wednesday December 5, and was kept busy for the afternoon as families called in to see who was on the Nice List, and to have a word with the Big Man In Red.
There was no admission fee and Santa had free gifts and free photos for every child.
There were also Santa letters available that can be posted in the special post box, and Santa replies to every child before Christmas by post.
