Today

Today will be blustery and mostly cloudy with patches of drizzle and mist. Highest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees with a fresh to strong and gusty southwesterly wind.

Tonight

Tonight will be breezy and mostly cloudy. There will be patches of drizzle at first, then more persistent rain will develop in north Leinster overnight. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in a moderate to fresh and gusty southwesterly wind.

Tomorrow

Rain will extend to all areas on Tuesday morning and afternoon, turning heavy at times and possibly causing localised flooding.

The rain will clear away to the southeast by evening. Temperatures of 9 or 10 degrees in the morning will drop to 3 to 6 degrees in the afternoon, away from the far south. Fresh to strong and gusty southwesterly winds will gradually become northerly and ease.
