Garron Noone announced as Westmeath Bachelor judge

Social media influenced Garron Noone has been announced as a judge for this years Westmeath Bachelor competition.

He completes a judging lineup that includes Una Healy, Louis Walsh and Anne Doyle who will be taking to the Mullingar Arts Centre stage on August 2.

Garron is a rising star on social media, known for his comedy, food reviews, and ‘I’m delicious’ catchphrase.

The Ballina, County Mayo man has amassed over 650,000 followers on video platform TikTok and his videos also boast 19.5m total likes.

Garron said he is also prepared to ask some tough questions of the bachelors.

“Dare I say I know a thing or two about being a bachelor so I will know exactly what to look for and what to avoid,” he said.

“If you have pineapple on your pizza… immediate no. If you use your air fryer to make tea, also no.

“But if you appreciate the humble Twix bar as much as me, I think we are onto something.

“I’m really looking forward to working with Louis, Anne and Úna too – they’re all legends.”

The Westmeath Bachelor Competition are calling for the men of Ireland to put themselves forward and apply this year to “show what it takes to be the face of Ireland’s modern man”.

The winner of this year’s competition will receive the title of Westmeath Bachelor, an ambassadorial role, on top of an all-inclusive holiday, a trophy and more.
