The party for senior citizens in Gainstown took place on Sunday January 19th in the school and around 70 guests sat down for dinner.
Music was by Kit Loughrey, Mick Dunne and Anne Daly and Claire Dunne and Pat Feery entertained the diners with their songs. Fr Barry White called and while he didn’t sing or recite, he spoke to the gathering and they were all delighted to see him and appreciated his visit.
