Horseleap Streamstown ICA ladies mark 40th anniversary

Horseleap Streamstown ICA Ladies this year celebrate the 40th year of their branch. The ladies have been an important part of the community throughout that time, contributing to the upkeep and welfare of their community and further afield.

They are an active group, always have a new venture, activities and plans to suit young and old. Their Wednesday night activities include get fit, walking, crochet, to mention just a few.

To celebrate their anniversary, a group travelled to the Court Hotel recently; they enjoyed dinner and afterwards saw the Tumbling Paddies, and had a great night.

The ladies are planning to hold Mass on Friday next in Horseleap Community Centre, at 7pm.

Mass will be followed by light refreshments and maybe a song or tune or two. It would be lovely to see some past members attend and also family members of dear deceased members, who gave so much to the ICA group during the last 40 years.

Deceased members will be remembered at the Mass and in turn members would love to have some of their families attend on the night.
