Karate summer camp returns to Parish Community Centre

The Mullingar Kyokushinkai Karate Club Kids Summer Camp, in existence for more than 20 years, now continues this year. It caters for ages from six years up to the teens and no previous experience of karate or martial arts is needed.

It is a multi-activity camp with an emphasis on fun. Children learn to interact and work as a team and their social skills are enhanced.

Guest instructors will visit the camp and an indoor bowling day visit is included.

The dates are August 18-22, 10am- 1pm each day. The cost is €75 for the week and the camp is based at the Parish Community Centre in Mullingar (near the cathedral).

All Instructors are garda vetted and qualified.

Spaces are limited, so book a spot on 086 1676358.

Regular Mullingar Kyokushinkai Karate Club training is twice weekly at the Parish Centre on Tuesdays and Saturdays and new beginners are always welcome.
