Ardmore Road housing development delayed

Planning permission for a housing development on the Ardmore Road in Mullingar has been delayed.

The application was made by KDM Construction Ltd for a residential development of 104 units.

Those include two- and three-bedroom homes, along with an apartment building and a childcare facility.

The original application was received by the council on May 28, and a decision was due by July 22.

The decision has been delayed as Westmeath County Council has requested further information from the developers.
