Water supply repair works may cause disruption

Uisce Éireann is undertaking mains repair works in Mullingar on August 27, which may cause disruption in certain areas of the town.

The works may cause supply disruption to Clonmore, Lynn Cross and Mullingar Business Park, but this is not limited to these areas, and it may cause disruption in other areas of the town.

The mains repair works are being carried out as part of Uisce Éireann’s National Leakage Reduction Programme, and will be carried out on August 27 from 9 am to 3 pm.

In a statement on their website, Uisce Éireann said: “We recommend that you allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration for your supply to return fully.”
