Liz leads fundraising campaign for AED at Buckley’s SuperValu

The dedication of staff and the generosity of the local community have enabled the installation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at Buckley’s SuperValu.

Buckley’s team member Elizabeth Glennon led a campaign to raise funds through the collection of used bottles.

Paul Bergin, assistant store manager, congratulated Elizabeth and the rest of the Buckley’s team: “This is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when staff and community come together for a common cause,” he said. “Elizabeth’s determination and the support of our customers have resulted in something that could one day save a life.”
