Wilson's Class of 25 look to future after Leaving Cert
Noel Cunningham, new principal at Wilson’s Hospital School said he and his colleagues were pleased with this year’s Leaving Cert results, as he congratulated the Class of 2025.
Mr Cunningham said the results showcase the resilience and talents of the young adults in this year, and he, along with the entire school community, are proud of them all.
There were 65 students in the Class of 2025, and many of them received more than 500 points; three students achieved more than 600 points.
Students now await CAO offers next week.
Wilson’s students have applied to third level institutions all over Ireland and many also go on to study in universities in Britain and Europe.
Mr Cunningham said: “We wish all of these Wilsonians great success and happiness in their further studies.”
He thanked all the teachers and staff of Wilson’s Hospital School and in particular the families who have supported the students from the beginning. “These results reflect how your guidance and commitment to the students’ overall development, both academically and personally, inside and outside the classroom, have paid off.”
The Wilson’s Hospital School community look forward to seeing some of the Class of 2025 at past pupil association events, and hope they stay connected to the school as their education and careers develop.
