Invite to join Olivia and friends for Boots Night Walk this week in memory of Sinéad Lawlor

Olivia Jones is taking part in the Boots Night Walk 2025, which supports the Irish Cancer Society’s Night Nursing Service, and has put out an invite for people to join her and friends on Tuesday, September 9, at 7pm in the car park at Buckley’s SuperValu for a stroll and a chat.

In a social media post (on which she tagged the Westmeath Examiner to help spread the word) Olivia wrote: “We are doing the walk to ensure that other families can have the same peace and contentment provided by these angels on earth. Please join us.”

She posted a photo of Sinéad Lawlor, RIP (see above), and added: “Thanks to the amazing service provided by the Irish Cancer Society Night Nurses, this is how we are able to remember Sinéad – always laughing and in good humour.”

Olivia has a fundraising page on iDonate.ie. She writes that all funds raised via that will go directly to the cause.
