Dublin Marathon to incorporate Westmeath Marathon this year

Athletics Westmeath have announced that this year’s Dublin Marathon on Sunday will incorporate the Westmeath Marathon Championships.

A total of 86 athletes from Westmeath athletics clubs are confirmed in 14 age categories.

Gold, silver and bronze medals will be up for grabs in both female and male categories from senior and through the master categories of over 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60.

Athletes from each of the four clubs in the county will be taking part: Mullingar Harriers AC, Athlone AC, Coralstown Kinnegad AC and North Westmeath AC.
