Kinnegad development appealed to An Coimisiún Pleanál

An appeal has been launched with An Coimisiún Pleanála over a 125-home development for Kinnegad. Two parties are listed as having lodged appeals to the plan proposed by Lynx Developments Ltd, c/o Kiaran O’Malley and Co Ltd, of Blackrock in Dublin, one being the developers themselves, and the second, Agnieszka Kotulska. The proposal, granted permission subject to 24 conditions, is for a 3.87-ha site on the Killucan Road, for 103 two, three, and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached, and detached homes, and 22 two-bedroom apartments in 11 two-storey blocks. The development includes the demolition of road and service infrastructure from an earlier permission, to make way for new roads, footpaths, open spaces, and solar PV panels on every unit. A decision is due by February 19, 2026.
