Brosna Art Group 'welcome everyone for another celebration of creativity'

The members of Brosna Art Group “look forward to welcoming everyone again for another celebration of creativity” when they launch their annual exhibition in the Greville Arms Hotel this evening.

They said: “Our success is thanks to the wonderful support of our local community – those who take the time to drop in, enjoy the artwork, have a chat, and perhaps even go home with a beautiful painting.

“We would also like to express our sincere thanks to North Midlands Credit Union, Mullingar for their ongoing support each year, Westmeath County Council through their Local Enhancement and Support Grants, Picturesque Framing, and John McCauley Photos for their valued contributions.

“Since our last exhibition, group members have been busy creating new works in a variety of mediums including watercolour, acrylic, oil, and mixed media.

“Brosna Art Group is not only about painting – it’s also a vibrant social outlet that is great for your mental health, creativity, and wellbeing. We are always open to new members who would like to join in the fun.”

The raffle this year is in aid of LARCC Cancer Support Centre.

The exhibition opens today Thursday November 20. Viewing is from 11am and the official opening and wine reception are at 7.30pm.

Friday 11am-8pm

Saturday 11am-5pm.
