Weather to dry up later in the day

Although remaining wet in the morning, rain will clear up around 12pm, before continuing again until three.

Rain will clear up in the evening around 5pm, continuing to be dry throughout the night and into early morning tomorrow.

Winds will be slightly strong, gaining a speed of up to 33 kilometres an hour, with a gust of 66.

Temperatures will range from 7 degrees to 4 degrees, but will feel much colder, with Met Eireann suggesting it may feel as cold as minus one tonight.
