Sale agreed on substantial Coolnahay farm
A large farm holding in Mullingar netted over €2M following an auction of the property. The auction took place last Wednesday, December 17, in The Greville Arms Hotel, Mullingar. The property was withdrawn from auction at €2,075,000, but a sale was subsequently agreed.
Padraic Murtagh confirmed that the sale of the property was completed upon negotiations after the live auction.
