Latest Radar from MET Éireann

Rain won't be letting up yet says MET Éireann

Met Éireann have released their latest weather report for the rest of the week and the expected conditions for Westmeath and Leinster.

Unfortunately the forecaster has confirmed that this seemingly endless bout of rainy conditions is not over yet.

The forecasting body has said today will see cloudy conditions and widespread rain.

Fresh southerly winds will be present throughout the day.

Temperatures are set to reach highs of 9 and 12 degrees.

Tonight will see much of the same with lows of 5 to 7 degrees and moderate south westerly winds.

Tomorrow once again sees a cloudy start with rain and drizzle remaining for morning hours.

Sunny spells and scattered showers will develop later in day and eventually turn heavy and more persistent with the chance of hail.

The day will see highs of 7 to 10 degrees and moderate north westerly winds.

Saturday will see dryer conditions, with sunny spells throughout the morning. These milder conditions, however, will be followed with further cloudy conditions on Sunday and scattered showers.
