Two of the four charges correspond to Section 3 or simple possession, and two concern more serious Section 15 sale or supply charges.
Sgt Sheila Kenny addressed the court to say no directions from the DPP had been returned and sought an date in early June to allow that process to be completed.

Judge Bernadette Owens approved the application and directed all outstanding disclosure to be given to Mr Maher’s legal team.
Mr Maher was remanded on bail and is due to reappear on June 4 for DPP directions.
