On Wednesday, March 25, the New Forest Ladies Golf hosted a three ball stableford waltz event, generously sponsored by Catherine McGrath. The competition took place prior to the presentation of all outstanding prizes, creating a festive atmosphere for all participants.

Winners are: Bridie Fay, Eileen Wynne, Catherine McGrath; 2nd: Rita O’Shea, Teresa Heery, Mary Daly; 3rd: Peg Coyne, Christine Egan, Mary Fallon.

Winter League competition

The winter league took place over the months of November, December, January, and February. Throughout the season, players submitted twelve card entries, which determined the overall winner of the league.

Competition results

Overall winner: Sandra McKevitt; Runner up: Margaret Treacy; 3rd place: Margaret Keegan; 4th place: Eily Duigenan.

Several additional competitions were held alongside the league. The team event was won by Eily Duigenan and Teresa Birmingham, with Sandra McKevitt and Ann Eighan finishing in second place.
