Charter Medical Private Hospital receives workplace recognition award
The Mullingar based Charter Medical Private Hospital (CMPH) has been honoured with a Healthy Ireland award, one which recognises its ongoing commitment to creating a healthier, more supportive workplace for all employees.
This recognition forms part of the national Healthy Workplace Programme, delivered under Ireland’s Healthy Workplace Framework in which CMPH participates.
The award is presented to organisations which demonstrate a clear, strategic and evidence-based approach to employee wellbeing.
The distinction is part of the first phase of the Healthy Workplace Programme, which has taken place over the past 15 months with organisations from across the public, private, and voluntary sectors.
This nationwide initiative highlights the critical role workplaces play, acknowledging that positive work environments are essential not only for employees but also for organisational success and long-term sustainability.
Paula Gray, CEO of Charter Medical Private Hospital, Mullingar, said: “This award is a testament to the enthusiasm and commitment of our entire team.
"Our wellbeing journey continues to evolve, and this award highlights the meaningful progress we have made together. I would like to pay particular tribute to our HR team for leading this important project.”
