Weather for Westmeath

Met Éireann say it will become cloudy today with outbreaks of rain and drizzle in the south and west, gradually spreading northeastwards and turning heavy at times. However, northeastern parts will remain dry with sunny spells for much of the day. Highest temperatures generally of 14 to 18, coolest in the southwest, with moderate easterly winds easing light through the day.

Tonight

Continuing cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle tonight. The rain will gradually ease and become patchier through the night. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees with mist and fog patches forming in light southeasterly breezes.

Tomorrow

Any lingering outbreaks of rain in the northeast will clear early tomorrow to leave a mostly cloudy but dry day. Some scattered showers will develop in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees, coolest in the south, in light to moderate southerly winds.
