Keilidh Cashell checks in to Hotel Resort

This summer, listeners are invited to check in to The Hotel Resort with Ed Roche, a new light-hearted podcast series where famous faces reveal what they’re really like to go on holidays with.

Ed Roche ‘checks in’ celebrity guests to a fictional luxury hotel, where he is the manager.

Guests share travel stories, holiday habits, dream destinations, and the kind of baggage they really bring on trips – physically and emotionally.

By the end of each episode, listeners will be left asking themselves one important question: Would I like to go on holidays with that person?

Ed Roche, an award winning radio presenter for SPIN, says the concept allows listeners to experience celebrity interviews in a completely fresh way. “The idea is that I check the guest in to The Hotel Resort. We meet at reception. I then show them their room, where we’ll find out what their demands are, plus we’ll unpack their baggage, physical and emotional…

“Once the chat is over, we check the guests out of the hotel and they reveal if they’d return, or not, with their own personal rating of their experience.”

The first guest at The Hotel Resort is make-up artist and creator of KASH Beauty, Keilidh Cashell.

Keilidh reveals the one placed she loved the visit, talks about how a trip to London ended up with her suitcase going on the missing list. She also shares the one thing she usually forgets to pack and the surprising thing she does when she checks in to a hotel room.

Keilidh also speaks about her relationship to her long-term partner.

Over the following weeks, listeners can also expect appearances from a TV chef, a social media star, and a drag diva.

The series promises candid conversations, laughs, and a playful behind-the-scenes look at how celebrities behave when they’re away from home. From hotel demands to travel disasters, no suitcase is left unopened at The Hotel Resort.
