St Loman's claim Division 4 U14 league title with win over Goldsmiths

St Loman's claimed the Division 4 U14 league title by defeating a strong Goldsmiths team in Shandonagh on Saturday.

The Loman's team, which finished the round robin phase of the competition top of the table, began the match on the front foot and were well worth their half-time lead.

The second period was a much closer affair and Goldsmiths asked plenty of questions of the Loman's defence.

A couple of late Loman's scores ensured that the girls in blue were celebrating at the final whistle, but both teams can be proud of their efforts.
