Uisce Éireann working to restore water supply to customers in Ballinagore
Due to operational issues on the local network, Uisce Éireann customers in Ballinagore, Streamstown, Castletown Geoghegan and surrounding areas may experience low water pressure or intermittent interruptions to their water supply.
To help maintain treated reservoir levels and protect daytime supply, nighttime restrictions will also be in place from midnight to 6am, beginning tonight and continuing until further notice.
David Gibbons of Uisce Éireann said every effort is being made to restore normal water supply levels as quickly as possible.
“We understand the inconvenience these supply issues may cause and we thank customers for their patience and support while our crews continue to work to stabilise supplies and restore normal service.”
