‘Best Chamber Marketing Campaign’ for Mullingar

Mullingar Chamber were announced as the winners of the ‘Best Chamber Marketing Campaign’ at the Chambers Ireland awards, in April at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry. The award was received in recognition of the successful Marketing Campaign for ‘WinterFest 2018’.

Mullingar Chamber set the task of creating Mullingar as a primary Christmas destination in the midlands through creation of WinterFest Mullingar, a six-week festival that would be headlined by the town’s first ice-skating rink and a modernised Christmas Market in Mullingar Town Park while also incorporating the promotion of local businesses and events.
