New early-evening club nights aiming to rejuvenate Mullingar summer scene
Two new nightlife experiences are set to light up Mullingar this summer, bringing energy, nostalgia, and something completely fresh to the town’s club scene.
Designed for music lovers who want to dance the night away without the 2am finish, these early-evening events at The Final Fence are redefining what a great night out looks like.
Back by popular demand, 30+ Saturdays returns on Saturday May 31 (5.30-9.30pm) following a successful launch night. Tailored for the over-30s crowd, this feel-good event is a chance to relive the golden era of clubbing – without the late-night chaos.
Expect an electric atmosphere as DJ Ferg D’Arcy takes you on a musical journey through the best of the 80s, 90s, 00s, and now, backed by a state-of-the-art LED video wall.
The experience also includes a 360° video booth, confetti canons, glow sticks, props, dancers and drink specials (tickets are €20, strictly 30-plus; ID required).
Later in the month, Saturday June 21 (6-10pm) it will be time to saddle up Mullingar, as it’s one is for the culchies! Dust off the cowboy boots and Stetsons because Club Country, Ireland’s newest country-only early club night, is coming.
A fully-themed evening, it is dedicated to nothing but the biggest and best in American and Irish country music, featuring tracks from Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Garth Brooks, The Tumbling Paddies, Chris Stapleton, Shaboozey, Beyoncé, and more.
Hosted by Irish Cowgirl DJ Clodagh Lawlor (Today FM) expect a high-energy, immersive experience complete with; giant LED wall featuring immersive country visuals; countrified 360° video booth; line dancers and jivers; country-themed props and glow sticks; vodka and Red Bull specials, and more to be announced. Tickets €20, strictly 18-plus; ID required.
