Man accused of Mullingar row could face further charges

Gardaí are examining the possibility of issuing further charges against a man accused of being involved in a public disturbance in Mullingar earlier this month.

Given it was the first time the case had come before the court, defence solicitor Adam Dodd applied for the disclosure of all state evidence to be released to the defence.
